Publisher, contact and license

Vesca is presented under the Kodawari brand by its verified App Store legal publisher, Mesut ARIDORU. For product support, contact Drony Jydnas at social@kodawari.app. Kodawari is identified as a brand, and Drony Jydnas as a contact; neither changes the official App Store seller identity.

The app uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That document governs the app license, including permitted use, restrictions, termination, warranties, liability and applicable law. This page explains Vesca's workflow and planned purchase offers; it does not create a custom EULA or replace the Standard EULA. Mandatory consumer rights remain subject to applicable law.

Your media and output

Use only videos, text and watermark images that you own or have permission to process and share. You retain rights to your media. On-device processing does not grant the publisher ownership of it.

Vesca creates separate output copies. Encoding and saving keep the original unchanged. Delete Original is a separate optional action requiring confirmation. Keep your source until you have checked a saved output and any backup you need. You choose where to share the result.

Size and compatibility depend on the source and settings. A compressed copy may be the same size or larger. Samples and size estimates are not full-output guarantees. Some formats, HDR profiles, metadata and complex timelines are unsupported. No fixed speed, compression ratio, unchanged-quality or universal-compatibility promise is made.

Free and Pro

Free output includes the fixed VESCA watermark. Preview and comparison are available without Pro. Pro adds batch queue, custom compression settings and advanced text or still PNG watermark controls, including choosing no watermark. Features requiring Pro check verified access when applied or used for new work. Saving a preset alone does not grant Pro.

Approved launch plan

These are publisher-approved US launch decisions, not proof that the products or offers are configured, available or purchased. The app and Apple's confirmation sheet provide the actual localized price, currency, billing period, availability and introductory-offer eligibility. Review those details before confirming a purchase. Lifetime means the non-renewing Pro entitlement for this app, subject to verified ownership and the applicable license; it is not a promise that every future product or external service is included.

Subscriptions and the Yearly trial

If the eligible Yearly trial is offered and you accept it, the trial lasts 7 days and converts to the paid Yearly subscription shown by Apple unless cancelled. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Apple handles billing and displays the terms that apply to your transaction.

Manage or cancel through iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For a free or discounted trial, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. See Apple's subscription cancellation guide. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime does not renew.

Restore, pending purchases and refunds

Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Pending, failed or unverified transactions do not grant Pro. A local preference or saved preset does not prove purchase ownership. If a restore fails, check that you are using the appropriate Apple Account and contact support with the error text.

Apple processes purchases and refund requests. See Apple's refund request guide; refunds depend on Apple's eligibility decision and applicable consumer rights. Vesca support cannot promise a refund or change your Apple subscription for you.

Availability and changes

The current website is prelaunch and keeps Coming soon until public App Store availability is verified. Source code, a private preview, TestFlight access or a product listing is not a guarantee of public availability. Future purchase offers are shown before you purchase; existing transactions remain subject to their applicable Apple terms and mandatory rights.

Privacy and support

Read Privacy for the prepared data-practice policy and Help for the current workflow. Both legal documents require publisher approval and public hosting verification before they are treated as final policies. Contact social@kodawari.app for questions.
